Created in 1993, Stimpson P. Cat first appeared in the TV show "The Ren and Stimpy Show and then he will later appear in the movie Nicktoons in 2024.
Stimpy is not quite smart and is aways happy.
His friend is a dog named Ren.

Ren and Stimpy ware actually the first main Nickelodeon characters to be a cat and a dog even predating CatDog.
In the TV show Teen Titans Go!, Cyborg, Starfire and Raven left the team and only leaving Robin and Beast Boy behind. So Beast Boy said that they wore still a team, but Robin corrected him by saying that two can't be a team and that they were now a duo, when he said that he was giving examples of different duos and one of them ware Robin as Ren and Beast Boy as Stimpy.
In Chip "N Dale: Rescue Rangers, when Chip and Dale got stuck in the Bootleg Machine, the machine was scanning them and was showing different versions of them and one of them ware Chip as Ren and Dale as Stimpy.
In What If, when Agent Coulson was talking to Nick Fury about Thor, he said that "We've got a dead Ren and Stimpy over here".
